Dr. Tim Ojo

Dr. Tim Ojo

Director / Principal

Tim has a background in medicine and has been a psychiatrist for over 24 years. He was a Board level executive in the NHS for 7 years. He has over 12 years formal medical leadership experience and over the years has gained qualifications in management, executive coaching, leadership mentoring and alternative dispute resolution/mediation. He is passionate about helping others through the use of relevant bespoke conceptual models applied to context. He has an MBA from the University of Hull with a specialism in Health Service Management. He lectures, trains, facilitates workshops, writes and commentates. He has written papers on leadership development, strategic risk management and employee empowerment in peer-reviewed journals. He is passionate about helping people identify and commit to a clear purpose in all they do. He is a Senior Founding Fellow of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management and a Fellow of Institute of Leadership and Management. He is Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and a member of the Association for Coaching.

Kate Noakes

Kate is an experienced Director level - Concept and Organisational Development Change Leader. She has over 25 years development and change experience in both public and private sectors. Her experience spans well known hospitality, health and service brands such as British Airways, Pizza Hut and NHS Trusts. Kate is an innovator with a proven track record of combining bespoke concept and human capital development strategies to achieve impactful results. Her additional areas of specialism are in improvement programme design and facilitation. She has a first class degree in Hotel and Catering Management and is an Accredited Master Practitioner in ‘Heartstyles’ character development. She is a highly skilled Continuous Improvement skills facilitator. She partners Fred Siriex of Channel 4’s ‘First Dates’ in developing a service development method called ‘Famous for Service.’ She has fierce passion for achieving sustainable results quickly a model she calls ‘ninety10.’

Mr John Vliestra

John has served 12 year as a military intelligence officer, developing a speciality in leadership in adversity. He has led, managed and motivated men and women from many nationalities succesfully in some of the most arduous conditions possible. He has undertaken four operational tours of duty across the globe and has been trusted to run highly complex military operations. He excels in fast paced decisive decision making. He holds an MBA from the University of Surrey and is a chartered member of CMI. His passion is for identifying and developing leadership qualities in other enabling them to thrive in challenging fluid and complex situations

Mr. Adewale Kadiri

Mr. Adewale Kadiri

Consultant

Ade Kadiri has a background in the law, having been called to the Nigerian Bar, and is an ICSA qualified company secretary. He is currently employed as Corporate Governance Manager at the Legal Services Board in London, and previously held similar roles within NHS Trusts in Sussex and Oxford. Prior to this, Ade had had a varied career in inspection, audit and regulation in health and local government. He is an experienced team manager, and apart from his expertise in governance and regulation, he also has extensive knowledge of complaint handling and management systems, risk management and corporate policy development. He has an MBA.

Pippa White

Admin Manager

Pippa has worked extensively in a variety of administrative roles throughout her career. These include a bank, building society, CID at Brighton for 6 years and as a school Bursar/Secretary for 7 years. She has experience of setting up offices as well as introducing systems and processes to ensure efficient working. She also worked in the NHS for a large Mental Health Trust for 17 years initially for a Consultant then as Executive Admin support to the Medical Director. She was also part of the executive support team working with Board members as and when required. Pippa retired from the NHS and is enjoying combining this role with keeping active and spending time with family/friends.

Dr. Joanna Livingstone

Joanna qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2000. Using her Psychology as well as her life coaching skills she helps individuals make changes using an empathic, non-judgemental style. She is also involved in training and teaching, and has extensive experience of designing and facilitating workshops and groups. She has recently set up her own services to help Mums with Postnatal depression and other issues that may impact on maternal mental health – www.mamavoice.co.uk. She is chartered with the British Psychological Society, registered with the Health Professions Council and a member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychology.

Mr Ranjeet Kaile

Ranjeet is a marketing and communications expert. He is interested in people, reputation management and modern day storytelling. He excels at bringing concise and effective marketing and communication skills to the table He has a well developed media sense and has handled national, local and complex media issues he has a strong insight into the media relations in support of strategy and policy development. He is a trusted advisor and coach on communication issues. He holds an MBA in Public Sector Management with specialism in Digital Communications and Marketing.

Ade Abass has over 20 years experience in financial management, commercial operations and general management up to managing director level. He is a chartered management accountant and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School. He brings senior level experiences to coaching conversations and is passionate about helping individuals and businesses achieve their potential .He has expertise in working with business owners or senior management to achieve their goals using coaching and proven business tools. His comprehensive experience of managing projects makes him a formidable business adviser.

Charles Kpodo

Consultant

Charles has a background in Mental Health Nursing with over 17 years experience NHS as a senior nurse in Governance, Quality and Safety. He is a Specialist Advisor to the Care Quality Commission and a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Human Factors. He is passionate about developing and bringing out the best in others and equipping individuals and organisations with the skills to continuously improve themselves and their organisation. He is a founding cohort member of Q a National Quality Improvement initiative in the U.K. He is an Associate member of of the Institute of Human Factors and Ergonomics. He is currently pursuing his Professional Doctoral Studies in Quality Improvement and Organisational Learning in Healthcare.
